Our Process:
Step 1: Inquiry & Consultation Call
You fill out an inquiry form and we schedule a call to chat about your vision, priorities, and how we can best support you!
Step 2: Booking
We send over a contract for you to review! Once we have a signature, as well as your deposit, your date is officially reserved!
Step 3: Planning Process
We schedule multiple planning calls and meetings to help walk you through curating a timeline and bringing together all the details for your wedding day.
Step 4: Final Details
We dive into floor plans, vendor confirmations, ceremony details, set up needs, and attend a venue walkthrough.
Step 5: Wedding Week
We connect with your vendor team and ensure everyone has the timeline, venue information, and final instructions for wedding day.
Step 6: Wedding Day!
We manage vendors, set up personal items, keep your timeline on track, solve problems before they reach you, and handle all logistics on your wedding day so you can stay present.

Hi, I’m Michaella, Owner & Lead Planner of EventsbyMichaella!
I started my career in the Pittsburgh wedding industry over five years ago and have never looked back. I love that every wedding is unique, and am passionate about helping couples bring their personal vision to life. With a background in venue management, I bring both the planning and operational expertise needed to keep your wedding day running seamlessly.
My goal is simple: to help you enjoy your wedding day stress-free. Through intentional organization and careful planning, I make sure every detail is in place in the months leading up to your big day. On wedding day, our team work’s behind the scenes so you can relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment with your friends and family.
I’ve executed weddings at dozens of venues in Pittsburgh area and across Western Pennsylvania, and can’t wait for the chance to meet you!
